Crisol Lumiere Hotel - Cannes

The Colette offers a fab location near Boulevard de la Croisette, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and fashion shopping. The rooms are well-designed and spacious, providing an excellent sleep environment, and the cleanliness is great. I appreciated the complimentary tea service in the evening, which adds a lovely touch to the staying experience. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The location is good - near the sea and near the Festival...

Old furniture, ald and not comfortable bathroom... On the foto the holet looks much more better than in reality.

There were television with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe in my great-sized and compact room. The staff was very helpful and absolutely excellent, the service was excellent, they shared some useful information.

The staff were great. The breakfast offered was quite excellent.

Room sizes can be small.

The afternoon tea and the helpful local transportation tips enhanced our stay, while the slight noise from the street was a minor distraction with windows open.

the receptionist always declined all my requests, and so useless. don't speak english at all. plus the price isn't worth 3 star level

Excellent service, great location near train station but very quiet and very friendly and helpful staff, would recommend and we will be back to see more of Cannes and the area, two days not enough.

Location is fantastic, just steps from the train station. The interior feels modern and cute, with a charming vibe. My room, although compact, was super clean and provided all the essentials, like fresh towels and toiletries daily. I appreciated the quietness at night, even being near the busy street and station. Staff were generally polite and accommodating. On the downside, Wi-Fi was quite slow, frustrating at times. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, and I felt there could be more attention to room cleaning consistency. I found the mattress to be a bit too firm for my liking. Bringing my own snacks was necessary since the mini-bar felt more like an additional cost rather than convenience.

The elevator did not work. Parking is not really by the hotel.

The units are stylish, new-fashioned with a better view or a balcony, a 120 cm bed, lovely shower.

Super lekker spot right across from the train station-easy peasy for exploring! The air con was a lifesaver, and we really enjoyed a bit of brekkie room charm, but the highlight was the friendly staff, especially the young girl who was just so helpful!

Room was a bit tight, could have used some extra space.

Superior double room with a 120 cm bed, a balcony, for instance accommodated us perfectly. We were met by efficient, attentive personnel. It was a good and perfect location very close to beach and port, the harbour, and Terminal 1.

The room is tiny,very old, you can hear everything from your neighbors and from the street. Staff was rude. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody.
